QuoteMeNow Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data QuoteMeNow holds about you at any time. Deletion is free and does not require an account or login.

If you messaged a business that uses QuoteMeNow

Ask the business directly, or email hello@botsonic.co.za with the WhatsApp number you messaged from and the name of the business you contacted. We will delete your messages, media, voice note transcriptions, quotations and contact details associated with that number.

If you are a business using QuoteMeNow

Email hello@botsonic.co.za from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will disconnect your WhatsApp Business number, delete stored access tokens and business assets received from Meta, and delete your conversations, contacts, quotations, bookings and price lists.

What happens next

We confirm receipt, verify that the request comes from the data subject or account holder, and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups expire on their normal cycle shortly after. We will email you confirmation once deletion is complete.
